Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026. A plain-language rundown of what we collect on this site, why, and what say you have in it.

What gets collected

Standard technical details get logged automatically whenever you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed, where you came from, and timestamps. Typing into the search box on our directory happens entirely in your browser; that text never reaches our servers. We don't run account signups, comment threads, or any form that asks for your name or email, and if that ever changes, this page gets updated before it does.

Cookies and site analytics

We lean on cookies or similar browser storage for small things, like remembering a filter you had open, and to run aggregate traffic measurement through a standard analytics tool. That data stays aggregate; we're not building a profile on you individually for ad targeting. You can block or wipe cookies whenever you want in your browser settings, and the site still works fine without them.

Where the outbound links go

Every "Visit Site" button takes you off Best Casino Reviewer and onto an operator's own site, run by a separate company with its own privacy practices. Some of those links are affiliate links, covered in detail on our Advertiser Disclosure page. Once you've clicked through, this policy stops applying; read the operator's own privacy terms before you hand over any information or money.

How that data actually gets used

Aggregate analytics help us keep the site running, catch problems, and figure out which reviews are worth revisiting first. We don't sell personal data, full stop, and we don't hand identifiable information to any casino we review. Whatever an operator collects once you've clicked through to them is a matter between you and that operator.

How long we keep it

Analytics logs stick around only as long as our analytics provider's standard retention window allows, just enough to serve the traffic-analysis purpose above.

Kids and this site

This is a site about sweepstakes and social casino products meant for adults, 18 or 21 depending on the state. It's not built for children, and we don't knowingly gather information from anyone under 18.

Your options

Everything on Best Casino Reviewer is readable without giving up any personal information. Cookies can be blocked in your browser, and analytics tracking can be opted out of through browser tools or extensions. If you think we're holding data about you and want it fixed or deleted, reach out using the contact info below.

If this policy changes

We'll update this page as the site evolves, and the effective date up top will always reflect whatever version is current.

Get in touch

Questions about any of this can go through the contact method on our How We Rank page.

Not legal advice

This page is a plain description of what we actually do, not a legal opinion. It doesn't replace an attorney's review of how this applies to your own situation.
