Nobody buys their way up this list, and a random complaint on a forum somewhere doesn't move a grade either. What actually moves the needle is the operator's own track record: how long they've been around, what the free path looks like, how fast the payout actually lands, and whether you can even sign up from where you live.
Five inputs, one letter grade

History
Whether the operator has a real, continuous run behind it, or has quietly changed names, ownership, or gone dark for a while. Five years of steady payouts beats a slick homepage that launched last month.
Free entry route

Cashout timing
